Training Information
Training is provided free of charge to current members of good standing in the fire company by the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute (MFRI). In addition, while always striving to remain a leader in training, the Odenton Volunteer Fire Company provides many additional training opportunities to its members and members of other companies within Anne Arundel County.
To become an active riding Firefighter or EMT, the following requirements apply:

For a schedule up coming classes at the Anne Arundel County Fire Department Training Academy in Millersville, or to register for any classes held at the academy, check their website . All members are also eligible to enroll in any MFRI class held outside of Anne Arundel County. The MFRI schedule can be found here.
