Community members, vendors, area businesses and services as well as families with children turned out for Odenton Day on October 7. Attendees participated in numerous fire education and prevention activities. They also had an opportunity to learn more about services in their area such as local churches, Operation Welcome Home, scouting, the Anne Arundel County Council on Aging, and Anne Arundel United whose goal is to build dialog and unity. Plus they had fun, like doing obstacle courses and crawling around inside a police car.
