Only hall rental requests made by bonafide community NON-PROFIT organizations are being accepted at this time. Hall rental requests made by these organizations must be made in writing on your organization’s stationary or letterhead.
- Contracts for hall rentals must be in place at least 30 days prior to the date of the rental.
- Initial contact should be made no less than 60 days prior to the event date.
- Additional conditions apply and must be met.
