Chief Charles (Chuck) Rogers has forty years of service at the OVFC. He has held every rank in suppression during his forty years of service. He also served two terms on the Board of Directors.

Chief Rogers has also served thirty years as a part time field instructor with the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute teaching Fire/HazMat and Administration courses.

Chuck recently retired from the Baltimore County Fire Department after serving thirty five years. He retired as a Division Chief.

Our number one goal will always be personnel safety. As a company we will develop strategies and implement training programs to enhance personnel safety and survival. Safety is both an individual and team OVFC responsibility. Officers and members must take an active role in their personal safety and the safety of their crews.

We will always strive to ensure each member seeks their next promotable position in our organization.
