Breast Cancer Awareness Shirts for Sale

Pictured displaying the shirts are fire fighter I, Ean Donegan, Stephanie Albright, Paula Meaney, and EMT Scott Kimble.

This month and beyond, we’ll be seeing pink–pink OVFC shirts to heighten breast cancer awareness. Sadly, most people know someone dear to them who suffered or is suffering from breast cancer. This fundraising effort, led by OVFC’s John Kraft, will net funds from shirt sales that will go to the Tate Cancer Center at University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center. The center opened in 2003 and is named for community philanthropists Creston and Betty Jane Tate. The center was a $17.4 million project that was completed to provide cancer patients with high-quality outpatient care conveniently located on the hospital’s campus.

Get your t-shirts at Food Truck Thursdays and at upcoming Odenton Day, Saturday October 6.
