Ashleigh Shannon-Flemion received the Clinician of the Year Award from the Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical Services Systems (MIEMMS). Ashleigh has devoted countless hours to EMS training and responses, and her efforts resulted in this state level award, OVFC is proud of her accomplishments by being recognized as the best in Maryland for 2020. She was presented the award by Dr. Theodore Delbridge, Executive Director of MIEMSS.
