The Maryland Governor’s Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Vice President (Chief Emeritus) Wylie L. Donaldson who has been a member of the Odenton Volunteer Fire Company since 1952, has continuously held an appointed company position since 1960, and has demonstrated an unwavering volunteer commitment to the Odenton Volunteer Fire Company, Anne Arundel County and the State of Maryland since joining the Odenton Volunteer Fire Company on September 13, 1952.
